This is a full-time, long-term role, teaching across both A-Level and vocational courses in a thriving and well-resourced department. As a Teacher of Law and Criminology, you’ll play a key role in guiding ambitious students through complex topics, helping them develop analytical skills, curiosity, and a passion for justice. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that bring real-world relevance into the classroom, preparing students for further study and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering engaging lessons in Law and Criminology across KS5
Supporting learners to achieve outstanding results through creative teaching and structured support
Working collaboratively within a dynamic and forward-thinking Humanities and Social Sciences faculty
Contributing to enrichment activities and developing students’ broader understanding of the subjects

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
At least 3 months’ classroom experience within a UK educational setting
DBS on the Update Service and current safeguarding training
A strong knowledge of Law and/or Criminology, with a passion for post-16 education
Pay: MPS/UPS from day one
