We’re looking for Childcare Workers to join a dynamic and supportive team working with young people in a residential setting in Brighton. This is a temporary role offering flexible early and late shifts (NO nights required!)—perfect for those with experience in childcare, youth work, or similar sectors.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Relevant childcare, youth work, or support experience

• OR transferable skills from roles like:

  • Support Worker / Teaching Assistant

  • Residential Care / SEN Support

  • Youth Mentor / Sports Coach

• The ability to stay calm, manage behaviour, and provide structure

• Confidence to work independently AND as part of a team

• A caring, firm, and consistent approach
