• Teach engaging, well-paced lessons that nurture curiosity and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to an inclusive, creative KS1 curriculum with real-life learning experiences.
• Support children’s emotional development and growth mindset.
• QTS or equivalent.
• KS1 teaching experience (Year 2 desirable).
• A compassionate, patient, and reflective teaching style.
• A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
• Exceptionally supportive and approachable leadership team.
