Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive Maths lessons, following lesson plans provided by the school.
• Support students in achieving their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s ethos and values.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and in line with school policies.

Requirements

• DBS Check: Must have a valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
• Safeguarding Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students.
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
