Safeguarding and Compliance

Compliance for education recruitment refers to the process of ensuring that schools, educational institution and agencies are following all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines when hiring employees, particularly the most recent KCSIE. This can include things like verifying that potential employees have the necessary qualifications and certifications, conducting background checks, and ensuring that the recruitment process is fair and unbiased. Compliance also involves ensuring that the agency is following all applicable laws related to employee rights and benefits, such as those related to equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
