What We’re Looking For

We are looking for passionate individuals who can:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.
• Create a calm, supportive, and focused learning environment.
• Assist with the delivery of lesson plans and support students’ learning progress.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere for learning.
• Provide encouragement and support to students as they work independently.

Essential Requirements

• DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• A genuine passion for supporting students in their educational journey.
• Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
