The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively to maintain a supportive atmosphere.
• Supporting students’ educational progress in the absence of their usual teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• A valid DBS check on the update service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
