What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated individual who can:

• Provide in-class support to students, ensuring they stay engaged and focused.
• Assist with small group or one-on-one interventions to help students who may need extra guidance.
• Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning among students.
• Work closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies for individual students.
• Help manage classroom behavior and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.

Essential Requirements

• DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• A caring and patient nature with a passion for supporting young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential.
