About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ learning, helping them achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic school environment where your contributions are valued, and every day brings new challenges and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class support to students, assisting with their learning and development.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implement lesson plans and activities.
  • Offer one-to-one or small group support where required.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team.

Requirements:

  • A DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
