About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring educator to gain valuable classroom experience and develop their teaching skills. You will work closely with students, delivering lessons and supporting their academic progress. The role is ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in teaching, even if they don’t yet hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following lesson plans provided by the school.
• Support students in achieving their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school’s ethos and values.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and in line with school policies.

Requirements:

• DBS Check: Must have a valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
• Safeguarding Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for education.
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
