Maths Tutor

As a Maths Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting secondary school students’ learning and fostering their enthusiasm for Maths.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing one-to-one tutoring and teaching small classes of up to four students.
• Supporting and upskilling secondary school students from levels 2 and 3 to level 4.
• Creating tailored lesson plans to address individual and group learning needs.
• Helping students build confidence in Maths and develop problem-solving skills.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to help them achieve their goals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Some experience tutoring or teaching Maths (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with secondary school students.
• A genuine passion for Maths and education.
• A DBS certificate on the update service (essential).
• Up-to-date safeguarding training (essential).
