Are you a passionate Science Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of scientists? A wonderful secondary school in Brighton is looking for a dedicated educator to join their team this September.

About the Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3/KS4), fostering curiosity and enthusiasm for science.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support all learners in achieving their full potential.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive academic success.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the science department.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
  • Participate in staff training, departmental meetings, and whole-school initiatives.

Requirements:
We are seeking a teacher who has:

  • A DBS check on the update service or prepared to obtain one.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching science at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to upholding high expectations.
  • A passion for science and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
