Our welcoming and inclusive primary school is on the lookout for a dedicated and inspiring Primary School Teacher with SEN Experience to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Primary School Teacher with SEN experience, you will:

  • Design and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with SEN.

  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, in collaboration with the SENCO and other staff.

  • Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

  • Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

  • Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support the holistic development of students with SEN.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.

  • Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.

  • A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in SEN education.
