Secondary School Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Wadhurst. This role involves supervising classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged in pre-set work while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.

Key Requirements:

• Strong behaviour management skills
• Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain)
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable
