Position Overview: Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team, specializing in supporting autistic students. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a fulfilling career in secondary education.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to autistic students within mainstream classrooms.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the SEND department to implement tailored strategies for individual students.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the social and academic development of autistic students.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
