Job Title: Director of Learning; Behaviour Therapy

Join our team at this established school in Crawley! We’re seeking a dedicated Director of Learning; Behaviour Therapy to enhance the inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead therapeutic behavior interventions for whole-school inclusion.
• Collaborate with staff and learning communities for effective behavior management.
• Design, adapt, and deliver interventions tailored to individuals.
• Train and lead staff in delivering Quality First Teaching.
• Contribute to whole-school planning, review, and decision-making.
• Act as the school’s expert in behavior therapy and management.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status with a good honors degree.
• Proven success in promoting positive behavior management.
• Experience in teaching across all key stages (KS3, KS4).
• Knowledge of inclusive practice, SEND Code of Practice, and diagnostic tests.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
