Pink Tile Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate to join our team as a Cover Practitioner for a reputable secondary school in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This role offers an ideal opportunity for a graduate aiming to embark on a rewarding career path in teaching.

Role Overview:

• Position: Cover Practitioner (Maths Graduate)
• Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
• Pay Rate: £105 per day
• Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (depending on candidate preference)

Responsibilities:

• Delivering cover lessons across various year groups within the Maths department.
• Providing support to students to ensure their learning continuity during teacher absences.
• Maintaining a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and progress.
• Collaborating with departmental colleagues to deliver effective teaching and learning experiences.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
• At least 6 weeks of prior experience working with children and young people.
• Possession of an Enhanced DBS check.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training certification.
