Responsibilities:
🍎 Provide 1:1 support to a pupil in Reception with additional needs
🍎 Assist in implementing individualized learning plans
🍎 Collaborate with the classroom teacher and SEND department to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
🍎 Foster positive relationships with the pupil, promoting their social and emotional well-being
🍎 Monitor and record progress, working closely with the SEND department to address any challenges
Requirements:
📚 Experience working with pupils with additional needs
📚 Understanding of SEND requirements and strategies
📚 Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to the success of the pupil
📚 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
