✔ Provide mentoring and emotional support to students who may be struggling.
✔ Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to promote student wellbeing.
✔ Implement strategies to help students manage challenges and stay engaged in their learning.
✔ Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
✔ Experience supporting young people in an educational, pastoral, or mentoring role.
✔ A DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
