English Specialist/ Teacher

A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Supply English Teacher to provide high-quality cover for Key Stage 3 & 4 students. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire young learners while enjoying the flexibility of supply teaching.

Day to day:

• Delivering engaging and effective English lessons to KS3 & KS4 students
• Following pre-set lesson plans to ensure continuity in learning
• Managing the classroom environment to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere
• Supporting students to develop their confidence and skills in English

About you:

• Strong subject knowledge in English
• Unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, as long as they have a strong background in English and relevant teaching experience
• Effective classroom management skills
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
