About the Role

As a Supply Teacher / Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of secondary schools, providing classroom support across different STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths). Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time hours, this role offers flexibility to fit your needs. You’ll gain valuable classroom experience while contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging STEM lessons or supervise classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Support students in their academic and personal development.

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.

• Adapt lessons and teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

• STEM knowledge or experience in an academic or working life setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.

• Passion for working in education and helping students succeed.
