Inclusion Room Support

Inclusion Room Supervisor – Full Time – Hassocks – £115 per day

A secondary school near Hassocks is seeking an experienced and confident Inclusion Room Supervisor to oversee a structured and supportive environment for students requiring time out of mainstream lessons.

You’ll ensure that students remain focused on their learning, follow school expectations and are supported in returning to their classes. The school is highly regarded for its behaviour policies, pastoral team and its commitment to giving every student a second chance.

The role includes:

• Supervising students in the internal inclusion space

• Liaising with pastoral and behaviour staff

• Supporting individual reflection and reintegration strategies

• Ensuring a calm, productive and safe environment

• 2+ months working with young people
