Position: Learning Support Assistant (1:1)
Role: Supporting a Year 2 girl with complex needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 2 girl with complex needs.
- Assist in implementing individualized learning plans and adapting activities to meet her needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support.
- Encourage and support her social and emotional development.
Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Empathetic and patient with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the school team.
- Experience working with children with complex needs (preferred).
- Enthusiastic and adaptable in approach.
