Key Responsibilities:

Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and encourage students to engage with their learning.
Liaise with teaching staff to monitor student progress and well-being.
Support the emotional and social development of students, helping them to overcome challenges and build confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working within a support, care, or education setting, particularly in one-to-one support or with SEN/SEMH students, is preferred.
A DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to obtain one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff.
A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach when working with students, especially those with additional learning needs.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in the role.
