A secondary school in Littlehampton is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students who require additional support to engage in learning and regulate their behaviour. This is a rewarding role for someone with experience in pastoral support, SEMH, youth work, or alternative provision.
You’ll work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external agencies to build relationships and implement tailored strategies that promote positive change.
