We are excited to recruit a Science Teacher for a well-established secondary school in Horsham, West Sussex, starting in September 2025. This opportunity is perfect for those with experience in leading classes but without QTS. You’ll deliver high-quality Science education and work to ensure the students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Lead and manage classes independently, ensuring effective learning.
Provide additional academic support where necessary to boost student performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key Requirements:
Experience leading classes and managing pupil behaviour.
Strong understanding of Science content and the ability to teach across all key stages.
A passion for supporting students’ learning and personal growth.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training are required.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Pay: MPS/UPS
