Are you passionate about helping young people thrive in the classroom? We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Worthing seeking a Learning Support Assistant from September.
You’ll work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students who may need a little extra guidance – whether that’s one-to-one or in small groups. This school has a strong pastoral team, a friendly atmosphere, and a real focus on inclusion and student progress.
What you’ll need:
A calm and patient attitude
At least 6 weeks’ experience with young people
An up-to-date DBS on the update service
Valid safeguarding training
