Pay: £95.14 – £102.68 per day (depending on experience)

We are working with a welcoming and well-equipped SEND school supporting pupils aged 2–19 with a broad range of needs—from mild to complex, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, physical disabilities, and more. The school is seeking Learning Support Assistants who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small class groups
Helping students with learning tasks, emotional regulation, and communication
Encouraging independence and progress in line with individual education plans
Providing personal care support where needed (SEND only – training provided)
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other TAs
Participating in training (one day per week will finish at 5:00 PM)
A background (personal or professional) in SEND, care, or mental health

A resilient, proactive, and reliable attitude
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and supporting emotional needs
Energy, compassion, and commitment to making a positive impact
Availability to work until at least 4:30 PM most days
Small classes with support from other Teaching Assistants and a Teacher
Full training and ongoing support provided
Flexible full-time hours for the right candidate
