Are you a patient, energetic and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to support young people in reaching their full potential? We’re recruiting for a full-time TA to join a secondary school in Crawley with a commitment to inclusive education.

You’ll be working across key stages, offering classroom support, 1:1 interventions and SEN assistance where needed. The role is varied and rewarding – ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference.
