A large and inclusive secondary school in Worthing is looking for a motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students across Key Stage 3 and 4, including learners with additional needs such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia.

Working closely with the SENDCo and classroom teachers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people

• A valid DBS on the Update Service

• Recent safeguarding training

This is an ideal role for aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, or anyone passionate about inclusive education.
