You’ll work directly with children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood. This isn’t just a job – it’s an opportunity to help build structure, boundaries, and trust in young lives.
8-hour shifts
Permanent contracts available with full training
Bank (flexible) positions for experienced childcare workers

We’ll invest in you. Our 6-month paid training programme will prepare you with the skills and confidence to thrive in this role. All we ask is your commitment, consistency, and the courage to grow.
Already experienced in trauma-informed care or residential childcare? Looking for flexibility without the commitment of a full-time role? Join our bank team and pick up shifts that fit your life. (Note: training programme not included for bank roles.)
A genuine passion for working with children and young people
Resilience and emotional strength
Ability to maintain boundaries and stay consistent
For bank staff: prior experience in residential childcare or a similar setting
