🌟 Childcare Workers Wanted – Brighton Area 🌟
Make a real difference. Be part of something that matters.

Are you ready for a rewarding challenge? We’re on the lookout for committed, resilient, and strong individuals who want to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people aged 6–18 who have experienced trauma.

💼 The Role:

You’ll work directly with children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood. This isn’t just a job – it’s an opportunity to help build structure, boundaries, and trust in young lives.

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Permanent contracts available with full training

  • Bank (flexible) positions for experienced childcare workers

Whether you’re an experienced support worker or looking for a career change with transferable skills, this could be the perfect fit.

🌱 For Permanent Staff:

We’ll invest in you. Our 6-month paid training programme will prepare you with the skills and confidence to thrive in this role. All we ask is your commitment, consistency, and the courage to grow.

🌟 Bank Staff:

Already experienced in trauma-informed care or residential childcare? Looking for flexibility without the commitment of a full-time role? Join our bank team and pick up shifts that fit your life. (Note: training programme not included for bank roles.)

✔️ What You’ll Need:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people

  • Resilience and emotional strength

  • Ability to maintain boundaries and stay consistent

  • For bank staff: prior experience in residential childcare or a similar setting

This is not a role for the faint-hearted – but if you’re ready to be tested, grow professionally, and make a lasting difference, we want to hear from you.

📍 Location: Brighton and surrounding areas
📅 Shifts: 8 hours
