Are you a passionate and creative Design Technology Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September?
We are working with a forward-thinking secondary school in East Grinstead to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic DT Teacher. This is a full-time, term-time only position starting in September, offering a Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale salary depending on experience.
Full-time teaching position starting September 2025
Deliver engaging and practical DT lessons across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)
Work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive department
Inspire students to develop their design, making, and problem-solving skills
Contribute to a positive school culture and inclusive learning environment
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching Design Technology across key stages
Strong subject knowledge across areas such as resistant materials, product design, or graphics
A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
