Study Supervisor – Full-Time – Horsham – September Start

This full-time position involves supervising lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning. You’ll be supported by a welcoming team and given clear plans and guidance – making this a brilliant opportunity for someone considering a future in education or simply looking to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.

Role Details:

• Job Title: Study Supervisor (Cover Supervisor)

• Location: Horsham

• Start Date: September 2025

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

• Pay: £115 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting

• A confident, calm and professional approach to behaviour management

• A passion for supporting students and helping them thrive

• A DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one

• Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete this through us)
