Do you want to support young people in their education and emotional development? A dynamic school in Crawley is searching for a Psychology graduate or teaching assistant to join their team full-time from September 2025.
This role would suit someone with an interest in child psychology, education, or therapy. You’ll be working in a nurturing school environment that encourages professional development and offers excellent support.
The role involves:
Supporting students in small group and one-to-one sessions
Working with pupils with additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Helping with lesson delivery, engagement, and emotional support
Collaborating with teachers and specialists to monitor progress
What we’re looking for:
A Psychology graduate (or someone working towards this)
Experience in schools, tutoring, youth work, or similar
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
