At Pink Tile Education, we’re supporting a well-regarded West Sussex secondary school in their search for a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with their learning – whether you’re an experienced LSA, a career changer, or considering a future in teaching.

🌟 About the Role

You’ll work closely with class teachers to support students who find learning more challenging – either 1:1 or in small group settings – helping them to access the full curriculum and build the confidence to thrive in the classroom.

Empathy, patience and a collaborative attitude are essential. While previous school experience is helpful, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What we’re looking for

  • A calm, encouraging presence with a genuine desire to support young people

  • A team player who’s reliable, flexible and positive

  • Someone with confidence to support literacy and numeracy (desirable)

  • A candidate who brings life experience and a thoughtful approach to learning support

This role would be particularly suitable for someone interested in progressing into teaching or SEND support roles in the future.
