🌱 Teaching Assistant – SEMH Primary School – Farnham

12-Month Fixed Term | Full-Time | £24,700 – £25,300

We’re a small, nurturing SEMH primary school in Farnham, supporting just 12 incredible children aged 5–11. We’re on the lookout for a Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract—someone who’s passionate, patient, and ready to help young learners thrive.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the school day
  • Assisting with learning activities, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
  • Helping to create a calm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support each child’s journey

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or additional needs
  • A calm, caring, and consistent approach
  • A team player who’s flexible, proactive, and ready to get stuck in
  • Someone who thrives in a small, supportive setting

What You’ll Receive:
