Salary: £33,700 – £43,500 (additional £2,500 bonus after probation)
Class Size: Just 12 pupils | Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

We are a specialist SEMH primary school in Farnham, offering therapeutic, child-centred education to a maximum of 12 pupils aged 5–11. We’re seeking a full-time SEMH/Primary Teacher who is passionate about helping children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs thrive both academically and emotionally.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with SEMH or additional needs in a primary setting
  • A creative, flexible approach to teaching and learning
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive practice
