Pay: £102.68 per day

This beautiful and well-resourced school near Burgess Hill has a dedicated autism provision for secondary-aged pupils. The setting is calm, spacious, and welcoming, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, independence, and tailored support.
Perfect for someone who is confident de-escalating behaviour and can redirect students with empathy and consistency.
Supporting autistic pupils in the classroom and through therapeutic sessions
De-escalating and redirecting negative behaviour
Assisting with communication strategies and social skills development
Working closely with SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral staff
Creating a safe, nurturing learning environment
Experience supporting young people with autism
Ability to remain calm and consistent under pressure
A driver is preferred due to location, but not essential
Strong emotional intelligence and great teamwork skills
