A warm and welcoming primary school in Horsham is looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join their team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

About the Role:

• Work 1:1 with a child with SEN, providing tailored support and encouragement
• Collaborate with teachers and the wider support team to create a positive learning experience
• Help children thrive both academically and emotionally in a mainstream classroom setting

We’re Looking For:

• Someone with previous experience working with children with SEN
• A DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
• A calm, patient and proactive approach to supporting individual needs
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
