Pink Tile Education is looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our schools. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students with a range of additional learning needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their potential. You’ll provide one-to-one or small group support, implement strategies for learning and behaviour, and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Full-time and part-time roles are available to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with SEN, either individually or in small groups, following guidance from teachers and SENCO
Assist in planning and delivering learning activities tailored to students’ needs
Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO
Support the inclusion of all students in classroom activities
Requirements:
DBS on the update service
Experience working with students with SEN, either professionally or personally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and confident in supporting a variety of learning needs
Commitment to creating a positive impact on students’ learning and wellbeing
