Student Support Mentor – Crawley

Do you enjoy supporting young people and helping them succeed?

We’re seeking a Student Support Mentor to join a secondary school in Crawley on a full-time basis. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with students who need extra support to achieve their potential.

Role:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored learning support

• Assist with behaviour management strategies

• Support students with SEND and SEMH needs

• Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive classroom environment

Details:

• Pay: £89 per day, paid weekly

• Contract: Full-time, long-term

• Start date: Immediate

• Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service & safeguarding training
