Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s life? A welcoming and nurturing Infant School in Horsham is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with complex needs in Reception.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive setting, helping a young learner access education in a way that works for them.

💼 The Role

Support a Reception-aged child with complex SEND needs
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
Use visual aids, structured routines, and positive behaviour support
Help create a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

👤 About You

Previous experience working 1:1 with children with SEN is essential
Confident supporting children with communication and behavioural needs
Patient, nurturing, and proactive in your approach
Able to commit to mornings only, Monday to Friday (8:45am–1:15pm)
