Classroom Support Roles

We are particularly interested in candidates who are:

• Graduates looking for their first step into education

• Experienced school support staff seeking a new role

• Aspiring teachers keen to gain school-based experience before training

Your role may include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Covering whole classes in the teacher’s absence

• Helping with behaviour management and classroom organisation

• Delivering targeted interventions for literacy, numeracy, or SEND support

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 weeks of experience working with children/young people

• A DBS on the Update Service

• Recent safeguarding training

• A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different school environments

Pay rates:

• Teaching Assistants from £89 per day

• Cover Supervisors from £110 per day
