Aspiring Teacher Role – Classroom Support – Littlehampton

This role will allow you to:
Build classroom confidence by supporting teachers and leading groups
Develop behaviour management strategies
Gain experience working across subjects and year groups
Work closely with students of all abilities, including those with SEND

Essential criteria:
Minimum 6 weeks’ experience working with children or young people
A DBS registered on the Update Service
Safeguarding training completed in the last 12 months
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students
Pay rates: from £89 per day for Teaching Assistant work and from £110 per day for Cover Supervisor roles.
