 Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary – Bognor Regis

Are you a graduate who loves working with children and wants to gain more school-based experience? Our schools in Bognor Regis are looking for motivated and reliable Graduate Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning across primary and secondary classrooms.

As a TA, you’ll play a vital role in:

• Providing 1:1 or small-group support to pupils

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and preparation

• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs

• Helping maintain a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment

This role is ideal for graduates who are exploring a career in education, psychology, or child development — or for those who want to gain more experience before progressing into teaching.

Requirements:

• At least 6 weeks’ experience working with children or young people (school or non-school setting)

• A DBS on the Update Service

• Current safeguarding training

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay starts from £89 per day with regular and consistent work available. We can offer full-time or part-time positions depending on your availability.
