Secondary Behaviour Mentor & Pastoral Support – Horsham

We are working with a Horsham secondary school who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team.
This is a varied role that involves:

Supporting students with behaviour and attendance concerns
Running small group sessions on behaviour and emotional regulation
Working closely with the safeguarding team and pastoral leads
This would suit someone with experience working with teenagers and a calm, confident manner.
Requirements:
At least 5 weeks’ relevant experience (school or youth setting)
DBS on the Update Service
Safeguarding training completed within the last year
Pay: From £89 per day
This is a rewarding role for anyone who enjoys building relationships with students and supporting them to overcome challenges.
