Learning Support Assistant – Primary & Secondary – Horsham

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential?

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils across Horsham schools.
You will play a key role in:

• Supporting pupils with SEND to access lessons

• Helping to build confidence and social skills

• Working with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans
  We are looking for patient, empathetic and committed individuals with experience working in schools or similar settings.
  You must have:

• DBS on the Update Service

• Safeguarding training up to date

• The ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships
