Aspiring Teacher Graduate – Horsham

Thinking about a career in teaching but not ready to commit to teacher training yet?

We’re looking for aspiring teachers to work in schools across Horsham as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors, giving you hands-on experience and the chance to see life in the classroom first-hand.

You’ll gain skills in:

Behaviour management
Lesson delivery
Supporting SEND and EAL learners
Planning and assessing student progress
Requirements:
Minimum 5 weeks’ experience working with children
DBS on the Update Service
Current safeguarding training
This is the ideal stepping stone into a PGCE or other teacher training route. Daily pay starts from £89 with progression opportunities into Cover Supervisor roles (£110 per day).
