Are you a graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting? Pink Tile Education is working with a network of schools in Crawley who are seeking confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams on a temporary basis.
This is the perfect opportunity to explore teaching as a career before committing to teacher training. You will supervise lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with pre-prepared work set by their teachers.
Key responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons to classes of students
Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment
Supporting students to stay on task and complete work
Liaising with school staff to report progress or issues
Requirements:
A degree in a school-based subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE)
At least 5 weeks’ experience working with children or young people
A DBS registered on the Update Service and up-to-date safeguarding training
