Pink Tile Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in the Worthing area, seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in education and wants to gain real classroom experience in a supportive and inclusive environment. You’ll be:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4

• Supporting student learning and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere

• Managing behaviour and promoting engagement during lessons

• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in a school-based subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.)

• Has a confident, professional approach and a passion for education

• Possesses an up-to-date DBS and safeguarding training
